Brand Finance Completes AI-Moderated Investor Perception Study in the IT Services Space

To meet a critical deadline, Brand Finance partnered with NewtonX to complete an investor perceptions study—fast.

Brand Finance needed to recruit a niche group of respondents on a hard deadline.

Brand Finance, a brand valuation and strategy consultancy, needed to understand how institutional investors viewed their client, an IT services provider. And, they needed to capture the insights on an accelerated timeline. 

Traditional methods weren’t working. After three weeks of outreach across target markets, Brand Finance could only secure a handful of responses from its niche investor audience. But the IT client’s strategy review couldn’t wait.

NewtonX surveyed 200+ IT decision-makers and interviewed five investors using AI moderation platform.
