Sascha honed his strategy and operations expertise as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group, where he helped leading tech companies develop their AI strategies. He holds Masters in Management degrees from MIT and HEC Paris, and his international career reflects his global outlook. A former member of the German national track and field team, Sascha now resides in New York.
Leon Mishkis is the COO of NewtonX, leading go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and all client-facing operations. He shapes the company’s strategic direction and brings extensive experience scaling early-stage businesses, leveraging data and technology to drive innovation.
Previously, Leon was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, developing growth strategies for pre-IPO companies and supporting their venture practice. He also worked with McKinsey’s Global Managing Partner on COVID-19 response programs for Fortune 2000 CEOs. Leon holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a Master’s degree in International Management from ESADE.
Jeremy Wood leads NewtonX Hub and Prime, focusing on delivering high-quality data to clients. He has a strong background in building data-driven technology platforms that fuel consumer and SMB platform growth. Previously, Jeremy co-founded OpenStore (peak valuation $970M), serving as its founding CTO and Head of Engineering, where he also led product strategy and analytics. Before that, he was an engineer at Google, developing high-throughput database infrastructure for real-time decision-making.
Jeremy holds a B.S. in Symbolic Systems and an M.S. in Computer Science/AI from Stanford University.
Jackie Cutrone played a key role in establishing NewtonX as a leading B2B research company. As the first marketing hire, she architected the brand and demand engine, driving double-digit year-over-year growth and positioning NewtonX as a go-to partner for AI-powered B2B insights.
With nearly two decades in brand strategy and marketing, Jackie has led campaigns at Arnold, Havas, Interbrand, and Monigle, working with clients like American Express, Deloitte, Salesforce, Gartner, and LinkedIn. A recognized thought leader, she has authored industry content, led executive workshops, and spoken at Cannes Lions, IIEX North America, and Adweek X. Jackie holds degrees from Columbia University and the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and has taught at Columbia and Pratt Institute. Outside of work, Jackie pursues ambitious challenges like hiking the 2,650-mile Pacific Crest Trail.
Kurt Schulze ensures best-in-class execution for client engagements and develops infrastructure and processes to drive global excellence and efficient operations. He also leads commercial efforts for all intermediaries, including investors, consulting firms, and market research agencies.
Before NewtonX, Kurt helped scale a high-growth technology startup that was acquired by Pinterest. He also held roles in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and management consulting at The Boston Consulting Group. Kurt has an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town. He enjoys yoga, travel, and exploring creative outlets.
Lorenzo is the Head of Finance. Previously, Lorenzo was with KPMG Paris, where he was responsible for conducting financial due diligence on global private equity and corporate M&A transactions. He also held roles with BNP Paribas and EY.
Lorenzo holds a Master’s in Management from a French Grande École and a Master of Science in Corporate Finance and Banking Industry from EDHEC Business School in Nice, France. When not at the office, he enjoys road biking and playing classical piano.
Sean Lee is the Chief People Officer at NewtonX, leading global people operations and talent acquisition. He brings over a decade of experience scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth, focusing on building robust systems, developing talent, and fostering a culture of excellence. His expertise lies in empowering high-performing teams and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership across the organization.
Previously, Sean played a key role in the successful acquisition of an adtech startup by Comcast, leading the HR diligence process. He is passionate about organizational development, leadership training, and creating environments where both people and business thrive. Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, coaching his son’s baseball team, and teaching golf.
