Why was I asked to do a survey but then screened out?
We do our best to match professionals with the right opportunities. Occasionally, you may not pass the screener if a project requires very specific qualifications—but you’ll be considered for future opportunities.
What should I do if the survey link is not working, I was screened out after completing the survey, or I accidentally clicked the wrong answer?
If you encounter any of these issues, please email professionals@newtonx.com with the subject line “Survey Not Working / Accidental Response.” Be sure to include the following in your email:
*The original survey link you received (either attach the link or forward the email from NewtonX). You may also send a screenshot of the survey, but the original link is required, as it contains an embedded code that helps us investigate the issue.

Who is the end client?
When we contact you for a consultation or survey, we make sure to provide as much information as possible to make sure there is a fit. This includes what the client seeks to learn from a given audience about a specific industry or trend.
For example, we will withhold the company name but share that a large technology company is interested in learning from IT decision makers about purchasing models for cloud computing capacity including discounts such as spot instances/spot VMs.
Are responses anonymous?
Confidentiality and anonymity are of the highest importance at NewtonX. Projects are always anonymous unless stated at the outset and with the consent of our professionals.
Professionals participate as individuals who share experiences based on their long-standing careers, not employees or representatives of their organization. Per our terms and conditions, it is forbidden to share any Material Non-Public Information, confidential information or any information that cannot be disclosed as a result of existing contracts.
While it’s important we verify your identity to ensure high quality, human responses for our clients, we never share your personal information. Further, all exchanges are confidential.
