US – Business-to-business research company NewtonX has produced a tool to help business conduct research with professionals.
NewtonX Knowledge Graph allows users to put queries to professionals in a specific field, and uses custom recruiting to identify, contact and vet participants.
The tool uses natural language processing to filter the most relevant professionals, and builds associations and relationships between fields and professionals.
Germain Chastel, co-founder and chief executive of NewtonX, said: “Information is the lifeblood of innovation, but much of the data we collect today lacks the accuracy needed for educated decision making.”
